Data Deletion

Effective August 12, 2026

Sirekees has three different actions: disconnect Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, or n8n; delete one Business from the dashboard; or request full account deletion. Disconnecting a Channel stops new messages but does not automatically delete prior conversations, bookings, or orders.

1. Disconnect Instagram

  1. Open the relevant Business settings, the "AI administrator" tab, and the Instagram Direct block.
  2. Select "Disconnect" and confirm.
  3. Sirekees deletes the stored access token and link to the Instagram account. The AI administrator can no longer receive new messages or reply for that account.
  4. Prior conversations, Clients, and bookings remain in the dashboard. They can be removed with the Business or through a separate support request.

You may also revoke Sirekees access in Instagram or Meta app and website settings. Data held by Meta is deleted under Meta's rules and the account owner's own settings.

2. Disconnect WhatsApp

WhatsApp through Green API

  1. Open the WhatsApp through Green API block in the Business settings and select "Disconnect."
  2. Sirekees deletes the instance ID, tokens, and Green API address from its active database. The AI stops receiving new messages through that connection.
  3. Separately disconnect or delete the instance in the Green API dashboard if you want to stop the instance and delete data held by Green API.

Official WhatsApp through Meta

Revoke the token or remove the connection in Meta Business. To also delete the WhatsApp Phone number ID and token stored by Sirekees, email help@sirekees.com from the registered address and identify the Business.

Disconnecting either WhatsApp method does not delete previously stored conversations, Clients, bookings, or orders.

3. Disconnect Telegram and n8n

  • Telegram - revoke or replace the bot token through BotFather to immediately stop the old token from working. To delete the token and link stored by Sirekees without deleting the Business, contact support.
  • n8n - disconnect the external webhook in Business settings. Sirekees will stop forwarding new Telegram updates to the entered address.

Disconnecting Telegram or n8n does not delete prior messages or other dashboard records. Copies already sent to a User-selected n8n endpoint are controlled by the endpoint owner and must be deleted there separately.

4. Delete conversations only

Self-service deletion of all conversations while keeping the Business is not currently available. The Business owner may email help@sirekees.com from the registered address and identify the Business and requested scope. We will verify the sender's authority and carry out the request to the extent permitted by applicable law. Deleting messages from Sirekees does not delete copies already held by Telegram, Meta, Green API, n8n, or conversation participants' devices.

5. Delete one Business

  1. Open Business settings and the "Danger zone."
  2. Select "Delete business," enter its name, and confirm.
  3. The Platform deletes the active Business record, uploaded images, and linked main-database records, including services, products, orders, bookings, reviews, loyalty points, team members, connection secrets, conversations, and statistics. Before deletion, Sirekees also attempts to remove the Telegram webhook.
  4. The action cannot be undone. If active images or the main record cannot be removed, the interface should show an error instead of confirming deletion.

Business deletion does not delete the Sirekees account and does not guarantee immediate removal of technical logs, backups, or external-provider copies. Those copies may remain for a limited period under a provider's technical rules or longer where required by applicable law. Access should also be revoked directly in Telegram, Meta, Green API, payment services, and Google Wallet.

6. Delete the entire Sirekees account

  1. Email help@sirekees.com from the address registered to the account.
  2. Write "Delete my Sirekees account" in the subject or message and list the Businesses if there is more than one.
  3. We may request additional information to verify the sender's identity and authority.
  4. After verification, we delete the Firebase account, owner profile, and Businesses with data under Sirekees' control, except data that must be retained under applicable law or to protect rights and security.
  5. We confirm completion by email within the period required by applicable law.

Full deletion within Sirekees does not automatically revoke access or delete copies held by Telegram, Meta, Green API, YooKassa, Interkassa, FreedomPay, Google Wallet, xAI, or a User-selected n8n endpoint. Contact the relevant provider or endpoint owner if deletion is required there.

7. Data that may be retained

After deletion, we may retain only data needed to meet mandatory requirements of applicable law, maintain financial and tax records, respond to a dispute or authorized government request, prevent fraud, and protect the Platform. Technical logs and backups may remain until their ordinary deletion or overwrite. We do not use that residual data for normal AI administrator operation or marketing.

8. Requests from a Business Client

If you are a Client of a Business using Sirekees, contact that Business first. It determines the purposes of processing your conversations, bookings, and orders. If action within the Platform is needed, the owner will send us a verified request. You may also email help@sirekees.com and identify the Business, Channel, and details needed to find the record, but we may contact the owner to verify the request.

9. Contact us

Send deletion requests to help@sirekees.com. We will acknowledge receipt and respond within the period required by applicable law.
