Public Offer
Effective August 12, 2026
Individual Entrepreneur «SIREKEES» (TIN 040502550481, registered at 506 Seifullin Street, office 12, Almaty, Kazakhstan; below - "Provider") publishes this Public Offer to an unlimited group of persons to enter into a paid services contract for access to the Sirekees Platform (the "Contract").
Full and unconditional acceptance and conclusion of the Contract occur when the Customer pays for the selected access period. Registration and trial use are governed by the Terms of Service.
1. Definitions
- Platform - the Sirekees service at sirekees.com, including the Business dashboard, public booking page, AI administrator, conversations, bookings, orders, analytics, and Telegram, Instagram, and WhatsApp connections.
- Services - access to Platform features under the Business plan during the prepaid period.
- Customer - an individual or legal entity that has paid for the Services.
- Business plan - the only publicly offered paid set of Platform features.
- Prepaid period - 1 or 12 months selected by the Customer, counted from payment activation or from the end of an existing paid period if the dashboard expressly shows that extension.
2. Contract subject
The Provider gives the Customer access to Platform features during the prepaid period, and the Customer pays for and uses the Services under this Offer, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.
The Platform helps a Business receive and process Client requests, manage conversations and bookings, and use the AI administrator. The Provider does not become the seller of the Customer's goods or provider of the Customer's services in relation to its Clients.
3. Plan and price
- One paid plan, Business, is publicly available for new purchases.
- The current price, currency, 1 or 12-month period, included features, and total amount are shown at sirekees.com/billing before the Customer confirms payment.
- The price for 12 months may differ from twelve separate 1-month payments. The legally relevant price is the total shown before the specific payment.
- The Provider may change the price for future purchases. A change does not reduce an already paid period or create an extra payment under a completed purchase.
4. Trial, promotions, and payment
- A free 14-day trial may be provided when an account is created. It applies only when shown in the dashboard and requires no payment.
- After the trial ends, a paid period begins only after separate confirmation and payment by the Customer.
- Promotion codes, discounts, and offers apply only when shown by the Platform, valid on the payment date, and applicable to the selected period and currency. An expired or inapplicable offer does not change the price.
- The Customer makes a one-time prepayment for 1 or 12 months. The Platform does not charge for another period without a new action and confirmation by the Customer.
- Payment may be processed through YooKassa or Interkassa. Available methods and currencies are shown before payment. The payment provider processes card details directly, and the Provider does not receive the full card number.
- Services are activated after the payment provider confirms successful payment.
- Client payments to the Customer's Business, including FreedomPay payments, are not payment for Services under this Offer. For those payments, the Customer remains the seller or service provider and is responsible to the Client.
5. Service period
- Services are provided during the prepaid period shown in the dashboard after payment.
- Paid features may be paused when that period expires. The Customer independently selects and pays for another period if it wishes to continue.
- Deleting a Business or stopping use before the end of the period does not by itself transfer the remaining period to another person or create a new period.
6. Refunds
- The Customer's cancellation and refund rights depend on applicable law, Customer status, Services actually provided, and the payment circumstances. This Offer does not restrict rights that cannot be waived by law.
- A refund request must be sent from the registered email address to help@sirekees.com and include the payment identifier and date, amount, currency, and reason.
- The Provider may request information to verify the Customer and payment. The request is reviewed and answered within the period required by applicable law.
- An accidental duplicate charge or a payment confirmed by the provider without Platform activation is checked against payment provider records and corrected or refunded under the applicable process.
- If a refund is approved, the timing and method of credit also depend on the payment provider and the Customer's bank.
7. Rights and obligations
7.1. The Provider agrees to:
- Provide access to Business plan features for the prepaid period.
- Take reasonable technical and organizational measures to operate the Platform and protect data.
- Process data under the Privacy Policy.
- Accept support requests at help@sirekees.com.
7.2. The Customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate payment information and separately pay for a new period if it wishes to continue paid access.
- Use the Platform under the Terms of Service and follow the rules of connected Telegram, Meta, WhatsApp, Green API, payment, and other services.
- Ensure lawful Client data processing, required notices and consents, and rights to connected accounts, numbers, bots, and Content.
- Review AI administrator settings and replies and independently perform its obligations to Clients.
8. Quality, third-party services, and liability
- The Provider takes reasonable steps to keep the Platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, Green API, xAI, Firebase, Supabase, Vercel, YooKassa, Interkassa, FreedomPay, Google Wallet, and the Customer-selected n8n endpoint are external services or recipients. Their outages, blocking decisions, limits, and API changes may affect the Platform and are outside the Provider's direct control.
- A Green API connection is a separate third-party method of using WhatsApp. The Customer independently assesses its compliance with WhatsApp rules and the Customer's legal obligations.
- The Provider is not responsible for the Customer's Content, prices, schedule, quality or performance of goods or services, Client refunds, or errors caused by inaccurate Business or AI settings.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider's aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for Services in the previous 12 months. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
9. Force majeure
A party is not liable for a breach caused by extraordinary and unavoidable events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, military action, mandatory government acts, and large-scale communication or cloud infrastructure outages. The affected party must notify the other party where practicable.
10. Contract term and termination
- The Contract takes effect after payment confirmation and remains in effect until the prepaid period and related obligations end.
- The Customer may stop using the Platform at any time. No future payment arises without another purchase, and the prepaid period and any refund are governed by section 6.
- For full account deletion, the Customer emails help@sirekees.com from the registered address. An individual Business can be deleted in its settings.
- The Provider may limit or terminate access for a material breach of this Offer or the Terms, a security threat, fraud, or illegal content. Where the circumstances allow, the Provider will notify the Customer first.
11. Governing law and disputes
- The Contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- The parties first send each other a description of the claim and try to settle the dispute through negotiation.
- If the dispute is not settled, it is heard under applicable procedural rules, including mandatory consumer protection and venue rules.
12. Changes to the Offer
The current version is published at sirekees.com/legal/offer with the revision date. A new version applies to future payments from its effective date and does not reduce an already paid period. The Provider gives advance notice of material changes where practicable and required by applicable law.
